St. Louis wins $2.3 Million Jackpot from a $1 lottery ticket

What would you spend $2.3 Million on if you won a lottery Jackpot?
Well Lucille Oker, 59 St Louis County, hasn’t decided what she will spend her jackpot winnings on yet so maybe you could give her some suggestions!
The $2.3 million jackpot was won in a recent drawing of the Missouri Lottery’s Lotto game.

The winning ticket was bought in the June 2 Lotto drawing at a Circle K convenience store in St. Louis County
Oker must now decide whether to take her winnings as a lump-sum cash payment of $1.2 million, or as an annuity paid in 25 annual payments.
