Qualifying for Progressive Jackpots
Each credit or coin that is played through a progressive jackpot machine contributes to the jackpot.
However, in order to qualify to win the jackpot, the player must usually play the maximum number of credits per play on the game.
It should also be noted that games where there is a maximum bet of 10 coins per play to qualify would enable the progressive jackpot to rise much more quickly than one played with a 5 coin wager per play.
