Take the odds
Referred to as free odds betting that is assumed as the correct one.
Taking Odds
When a player adds to an original bet on a pass line or come bet that pays on the real odds of the dice. Often, casinos will allow a player to add to an original bet.
Tapping Out
A player who loses their entire bankroll and therefore, has to stop playing.
Ten Times Odds
A reference to a bet that is ten times higher than the original bet.
The Hard Way Bet
When a player goes for the total of the two dice on doubles. If, for example, the player wants to go for a hard six, the only possible way to achieve that is by two threes. The name comes from the bet being difficult to achieve. The 4 hard way combinations are: 2×2, 3×3, 4×4 and 4×5. A player cannot wage a one roll wager on this combination. The player will win the hard way bet if the seven does not roll before the bet hard way bet.
The Point
The point number is established on the come out roll. Only the 4, 5, 6, 8, 9 and 10 numbers can become the point. A player can try to repeat throwing the point before the 7 is thrown in order for that player to win that round of betting.
Three Way Craps
A player who bets in multiples of 3, with one unit each on the 2, 3 and the 12.
Tip
A tip given to a casino employee.
Toke
When a player gives a gratuity or tip to a dealer.
Trey
The name given to a number three in Craps.
Trippe Odds
Free odds bet that is three times what the original bet was.
True Odds
Referred to as the real odds that a particular number will be rolled on any given single dice roll
