Rack
The grooved railing that runs around the table where the players position their gambling chips. Also this term refers to a wooden or plastic container that carries tokens or chips in a casino.
Rails
A grooved area of a crap table where all the players keep their chips that are not being played with.
Rated
This is a reference to a professional player with a high skill level.
RFB
Comps that include a free room and includes food and beverages.
Right bettor
A player who bets that the dice will either pass or win. Betting on a pass line, for example.
RNG
These initials mean random number generator. In video craps, the computer generates numbers randomly to assign an outcome to any particular game.
Rounding
This is a payout rounding. The rounding, up or down of the amount.
RVP
A parking area of the casino especially reserved for the large recreational vehicles to park
