Fade

To cover a bet in a private game. A bet is met by an opposing player.

Fever

Number 5 in craps.

Field

A 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11 or a 12.

Field bet

A roll prediction that the number 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11 or 12 will show up.

Firing

A player who is betting with large sums of money.

Five times odds

Free odds bets that are placed at five times an original bet.

Flash

A kind of no load casino software that can be downloaded and play instantly.

Flat betting

Where a player constantly bets the same amount, never raising or lowering their bets.

Flat top

A slot machine that always pays the same jackpot. Opposite to progressive.

Float

The table bank.

Floorman

This is a casino employee who supervises one table or more.

An additional bet made to the Pass Line, Don´t Pass Line, Don´t Come and Come wagers and are paid at true odds.

Front line

Another term for the pass line.

When a player deposits bank cheques or money in order to establish credit and where that player will bet against those funds
