No players left at the table.
Dealer
The casino employee who works as the stickman at a table or at identical ends of the layout.
Deuce
This is the number 2 in craps.
Dice
The cubes that are marked from one to six. Combinations of which, when thrown, will determine the losses and winnings at a craps table.
Dices in the middle
Dice are placed in the middle until wagers are given by players at the table.
Die
The singular term for dice.
Die in the wood
A die landing a rack of chips.
Dime dealer
A reference to 2 $5 cheques.
Disk
A double colored disk that is white on one side and black on the other. If the white side is shown and in a place number box, this signifies that a come-out roll occurred and a point has been established.
Don´t come bet
A bet that predicts a 7 will appear before a point is to be established.
Don´t come box
Area of the table layout where bets for Don´t Come are made.
Don´t pass bar
Area of the table layout where Don´t Pass Bets are played, as well as Don´t pass Line.
Don´t pass bet
Another bet that is placed before a come out roll and will be predicted that the die will not pass, thus a seven will be rolled before the point number is again rolled.
Don´t pass line
The layout area where Don´t Pass bets are to be placed.

Double Odds Bet
Free odds bet that is made at double the original Pass Line, Come or Don´t Come and Don´t pass line wager
